All in all, AFA 2008 in Singapore set a super high bar for me as it was my first anime convention. From the awesomely GAR performance of ICHIROU MIZUKI aka ANIKI, who has sung about 1200 songs from such anime as Captain Harlock and Kamen Rider, to the crazy crowds, the drool-tastic cosplayers and meeting Kurogane-san. His picture is below. Then, of course, there was MAY’N!
